I like working with those who are interested in a more comprehensive evaluation of the brain-body-environment interaction and how different systems interact. Instead of relying on guesswork, my specialty includes advanced diagnostic testing to better understand these relationships and tailor treatment to your unique needs. Integrative psychiatry blends the use of medications, herbals/botanicals, psychotherapy, and lifestyle medicine to your unique situation and body chemistry. I treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar spectrum, and ADHD. I use specialized therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ART) for trauma treatment.
