Part of Dr. Krishnan's clinical time is devoted to working with resident physicians from Portsmouth Regional Hospital-HCA Healthcare/Tufts University. Resident physicians are licensed doctors who have completed medical school and are finalizing their specialty training in psychiatry. My name is Mertie L. Potter. I am an ANCC certified family psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. I see children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My clinical practice is primarily focused on medication management while I do a limited amount of psychotherapy at Merrimack Valley Counseling Association in Nashua, NH. Some areas of my expertise include anxiety, ADHD, mental health issues related to chronic illness (such as, arthritis, cancer, FMS etc.), loss and grieving, mood disorders, and stress management. I taught nursing and NP students for many years and precept NP students.

Roselin Raja is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over 9 years’ experience in the behavioral health area. She earned both Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in Nursing (Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Rivier University. Her experience comes through working in various behavioral health settings such as in-patient, outpatient and community care. She works with clients ages 6 - 64 using both telehealth and in-person visits. Specializes in psychopharmacologic evaluation and medication management.

Mr. Carey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Premedicine from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and then went on to earn his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in nursing from Regis College in Weston, MA. At Regis College, Mr. Carey completed the Family Nurse Practitioner track which encompasses all aspects of medical treatment across the lifespan. Mr. Carey earned the American Nurses Credentialing Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
