I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist sub-specialized in addiction psychiatry who provides comprehensive mental health treatment for adults - including psychotherapy and medication management. I will work together with you on your mental health needs without being judged, ignored or misunderstood. I intentionally have a low volume private practice in order to deliver personalized care. I primarily see patients on Thursdays evenings in person, and remotely other evenings.

Dr. Francesco Ferrari is a dual-board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. His holistic approach focuses on comprehensive diagnosis and personalized treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, medication, or other evidence-based practices. He specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ mental health concerns.

Dr. Ricardo Cáceda’s treatment philosophy is to take advantage of the most effective treatments available to go beyond symptom reduction, aiming to help individual patients to recover their level of function and to have a fulfilling personal, familial and work life. His extensive experience in biological psychiatry provides him with a strong background on biological treatments, which he combines with a solid psychotherapy approach to provide an integral and individualized treatment for his patients. The combination of psychotherapy approaches allows for long lasting changes in factors predisposing to depression and anxiety.

Hablo Espanol, I am a Nurse Practitioner, certified in Family medicine and Board certified in Psychiatric mental health. I have many years of experience working in the field of psychiatry. I have been fortunate to be exposed to settings such as emergency department, psychiatric inpatient and outpatient services, inpatient alcohol, and drug detoxification services. My experience has allowed me to interact with and to help patients with a wide range of conditions such as Schizophrenia, Major depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety disorder, PTSD and Substance use Disorder.

Trans-cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a treatment that targets key areas of the brain that are less active in people with moderate to severe depression. TMS is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression, and it’s typically used when other treatments haven’t allowed you to experience remission from your depression. TMS is also being used for Anxiety, ADD, PTSD and is rapidly being considered by insurance companies for coverage outside of the current provision for moderate to severe depression. I practice in the Binghamton area of Broome County, NY and specialize in adult psychiatry. After doing my training at Rutgers Medical School, Brown University School of Medicine and Weill Cornell Medical Center I have practiced adult psychiatry for 25 years. Most of my practice is in the medication management of depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder and psychosis. I also am trained in supportive therapy, CBT and DBT.
