I am a Yale-educated, board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience. I am a specialist in integrative psychopharmacology and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, I am a psychotherapist using CBT and DBT approaches to address mood, anxiety, relationship, and other concerns. My goal is to listen to you deeply and to understand your experience so that I can be of greatest help.

Dr. Andrew Lelin is a board-certified Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Lelin has an in-depth education in various psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, habit-reversal, and cognitive-processing therapies, which he continues to incorporate into his daily practice. After completing training, he went on to provide inpatient consultation and crisis intervention services in New York City.

{Jessie} is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP-BC). She is licensed in New York State to diagnose, provide therapy, education, and to prescribe medications for mental health conditions. She is licensed to provide treatments to children and adults. {Jessie} has worked in outpatient mental health clinic settings in the surrounding CNY region including: Syracuse, Oneida, Cortland, and Utica. {Jessie} graduated with high honors from SUNY Upstate School of Nursing with a Masters degree in Family Psychiatry Mental Health. She is nationally accredited in Psychiatry across the lifespan by ANCC.

Dr. Sandeep Dhingra is a psychiatrist working with children, adolescent and adult population. After completing his Adult Psychiatry residency , Dr. Dhingra did a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry from Mount Sinai School of Medicine (Elmhurst campus). Dr. Dhingra has extensive experience in working with all kinds of childhood psychiatric disorders including ADHD, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Jaemin helps patients who have been experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or attention issues that negatively impact their everyday lives. Medication Managment I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Currently accepting adult and adolescent patients for medication management services. I am a board certified nurse practitioner with a focus on psychiatric consultation and medication management. I have experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and attention and concentration difficulties. My treatment philosophy is to prescribe the least number of medications at the safest and lowest effective dose possible and should ideally, be paired with psychotherapy and other lifestyle interventions, including nutrition, physical activity, and meditation.
