I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist who is committed to a scientific and innovative approach to mental health treatment. I believe in a treatment approach based on each individual and consider delivering compassionate and comprehensive care a priority. Depending on the needs of each patient, I dedicate as much time as needed for optimal treatment, but strive to achieve targeted results with least imposition on patients' valuable time.

I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience in healthcare, of those 6 plus years are in psychiatric mental health nursing. I have worked with patients of all ages diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorder as well as anxiety and depression. I provide comprehensive psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management and therapy to patients. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing from Purdue University and Masters of Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.

Kelly Cook, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric practitioner who works with clients to develop individualized integrative psychiatric treatment plans that include traditional as well as non-traditional/off-label uses of psychotropic medications, genetic testing, and supplements. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in English, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Hollins University and completed her clinical training as a psychiatric provider at The Ohio State University.
