I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner affiliated with Luminous Psychiatric, a group of professionals dedicated to providing access to health and wellness solutions to those in need. We believe that while telehealth is making access to healthcare readily available, we only accept patients that can safely be treated remotely. Suitable mental and behavioral conditions for tele-healthcare are depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and certain mood disorders.

Reaching out for help is taking a significant step towards improving your situation. Embracing vulnerability and seeking help is a powerful display of self-awareness and resilience. My clients are most often experiencing depression and/or anxiety symptoms and require empathy, understanding and nonjudgement. This is crucial for improving their quality of life. Feeling understood can help alleviate the isolation and stigma often associated with mental health conditions.
