Hope is a board certified Family nurse practitioner who also specializes as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults. Hope possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Dear future patients, my name is Chika Odili and I'm a board-certified nurse practitioner. I know we haven’t met yet, but when we do, please trust that you are in good hands. It is my absolute pleasure to assist in your care. I started my career doing an internship at a prestigious children’s hospital in the Texas Medical Center on an adolescent GI unit where I was able to work with individuals with eating related disorders. I then went on to complete my Bachelors in Nursing Degree and began working as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric Unit caring for the psychiatric population.

Ms. Stacey L. Coleman-Mitchell is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the states of California, Georgia, New York, Arizona, Florida, and Washington to treat children (7+), adolescents and adults . Ms. Coleman-Mitchell started her educational training by obtaining her Associate of Science in Nursing from Gordon University and later went to Chamberlain University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Soon after, Stacey received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is committed to working together with her clients monthly to ensure they are receiving the best care possible.

Kelly Cook, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric practitioner who works with clients to develop individualized integrative psychiatric treatment plans that include traditional as well as non-traditional/off-label uses of psychotropic medications, genetic testing, and supplements. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in English, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Hollins University and completed her clinical training as a psychiatric provider at The Ohio State University.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in general and addiction psychiatry. Most of my clinical expertise was developed in New York City and San Francisco treating children, adolescents, and adults with an extremely wide array of problems. I also served as the Director of the New York University Nurse Practitioner program. Authenticity and non-judgment drive my practice. I believe that people change at different paces and that is part of being human. Ideally, we change from the inside out.

I am Ioana Shirley, psychiatrist with board certifications in child, and adult psychiatry. After many years of private practice work in Birmingham AL, as well as international work in Europe and South East Asia, I am opening a practice in New York City. I feel honored to return to the city where my American medical experience started, and I am thrilled to bring state of the art services that are personal, affordable and complete. I am Eloise Palmisano a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years with many years of practice Mental Health and various types of practice. In 2009 I became a Nurse Practitioner, graduated from Sage College in Troy New York. My practice is private I specialize in Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders including Binge Eating and Major Depressive Disorders. My patients should be engaged in therapy with a therapist and must be compliant with my treatment plan. I treat adults from the age of 18 to 80. I am available for new patients . I have spent several years working with adults from ages 16 to 70. Several of my patients are going through difficult transitions and have experienced anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and ADHD. If you have tried therapy unsuccessfully, you may need to start a medication regimen that only an experienced psychiatric NP can put together. I see adults age 18 and up.
