Dr. Francesco Ferrari is a dual-board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. His holistic approach focuses on comprehensive diagnosis and personalized treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, medication, or other evidence-based practices. He specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ mental health concerns.

I am a psychiatrist with over a decade of experience with children, adolescents and adults, and am dually board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I provide comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic assessment as well as ongoing treatment utilizing evidence-based modalities including medication management and psychotherapy. I am committed to collaborative development of treatment plans tailored to your personal goals. I am available for remote and on-site appointments with evening and weekend availability.

I am a Columbia-trained psychiatrist and psychoanalyst with board certification in adult and child/adolescent psychiatry. I work with children, teenagers, and adults in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and medication treatment. I have an interest in treating a broad range of conditions, including complex ones. Dr. Jisoo Park is a board-certified psychiatrist. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Tufts University, where she double majored in Biopsychology and Art History. She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and completed her psychiatry residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center. After graduating residency, she was appointed clinical assistant professor at Renaissance School of Medicine, where she worked at Treatment Resistant Depression Clinic. She was involved in teaching medical students and residents, and was part of various research studies and and publications.

Dr. Maria Tresa Carvajal is an adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. She is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, BronxCare Health System and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwell Health in New York. She has experience working in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and the emergency department. Dr. Carvajal has submitted and presented work in the American Psychiatric Association and has also collaborated in a book publication.

Please note Sarah works with patients to taper their benzodiazepines and hypnotics, she does not prescribe them long term. Sarah is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Doctorate in Nursing and Master's in Nursing from Columbia University. Sarah implements a team approach, coupled with evidence-based practice when working with patients. She always includes her patients in the decision making process regarding medication management and treatment options. The core of successful treatment is a plan that both patient and provider agree on. Sarah has experience working in the community outpatient setting.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, attention deficit, and behavioral issues, amongst others. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross, a Master’s degree in Nursing from Yale University and a Post-Master’s Certificate from Hunter College. I specialize in psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, brief psychotherapy and holistic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues and behavioral disorders.

{Jessie} is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP-BC). She is licensed in New York State to diagnose, provide therapy, education, and to prescribe medications for mental health conditions. She is licensed to provide treatments to children and adults. {Jessie} has worked in outpatient mental health clinic settings in the surrounding CNY region including: Syracuse, Oneida, Cortland, and Utica. {Jessie} graduated with high honors from SUNY Upstate School of Nursing with a Masters degree in Family Psychiatry Mental Health. She is nationally accredited in Psychiatry across the lifespan by ANCC.

I am a graduate of Harvard Medical School and the Johns Hopkins psychiatry residency program, and board-certified in psychiatry. I have over twenty years combined experience in psychiatry and primary care medicine, and work with adults and adolescents 16 and older. I treat depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and psychiatric issues related to neurological and medical conditions.

Rachel is a board-certified, New York University-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at CK NP Psychiatry. She has over 7 years of experience as a nurse practitioner treating mental health concerns for adults in a variety of settings. She believes that providing great mental health care involves an empathic, non-judgmental approach where she can actively partner with clients to tailor the right plan for treatment.

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience treating individual adults and teens, adult couples, and families of all ages. In addition to psychotherapy, I am licensed to prescribe medications. My style is active and engaged, and I view trust, honesty and humor as key ingredients in forming an effective relationship with my clients. Dr. Jane Eisen comes to Talkiatry from her previous position at McLean Hospital in Boston, where she was Clinical Director of the Depression and Anxiety Division. Clinically, she has experience working with people with significant mood and anxiety difficulties. Dr. Eisen's practice focuses on using an integrated approach to the understanding and treatment of individuals' psychosocial stresses and psychiatric symptoms. She frequently suggests including a family member or friend in at least one session to get a comprehensive sense of each person's strengths and challenges.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

I am a Yale-trained, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in NYC who has been treating adults with mental health concerns in various hospital and outpatient settings since 2010.
