Dolores Joseph is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Dolores earned her doctorate at New York University, specializing in psychopharmacology for mood and anxiety disorders, attentional issues, and enhancing wellness. Dolores has a treatment philosophy geared towards helping all of her clients maximize their potential in all spheres of life (personal, professional, and creative). She provides a customized approach individualized for each client. Dolores focuses on the individual as a whole to promote life satisfaction.

I am a Yale-trained, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in NYC who has been treating adults with mental health concerns in various hospital and outpatient settings since 2010. I am experienced in treating individuals with mood and adjustment disorders, stress/trauma-related disorders, and ADHD. My goal is to offer individualized treatment using evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to help individuals struggling with difficult mood symptoms, life transitions, relationship issues, and low self-esteem while improving coping skills to manage stress.

Dr. Giovanna Franklin is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New York who has been practicing since 2022. She gained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Columbia University. I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of adults with a wide range of psychiatric disorders. I am a board-certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 34-years. In 2008, I returned to Upstate Medical University and was a graduate of the first program that was offered at Upstate for Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. I am very passionate about mental health and assisting others to understand their own mental health needs. I work closely with my clients to assist them in understanding their diagnosis, treatments available for their diagnosis and setting up a plan that will meet their needs best.
