I have always felt that the brain is the most important and neglected organ in the body, and taking care of the brain is the key to well being. I take a holistic approach to care, evaluating for physical, nutrition, hormones, situational and psychodynamic causes of illness, whilst practicing evidence based psychiatry. Rosetta received her Adult NP from Stony Brook University in 1999 and her Psychiatric NP from Molloy University in 2012. She has over twenty years of inpatient experience. She is qualified and experienced in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across their lifespans.

I am Ioana Shirley, psychiatrist with board certifications in child, and adult psychiatry. After many years of private practice work in Birmingham AL, as well as international work in Europe and South East Asia, I am opening a practice in New York City. Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

Justine Bello, PMHNP-BC is a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing treatment in the form of medication management and brief psychotherapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She has experience working with diverse populations in the psychiatric emergency room, inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
