Most of my clinical expertise was developed in New York City and San Francisco treating children, adolescents, and adults with an extremely wide array of problems. I also served as the Director of the New York University Nurse Practitioner program. Authenticity and non-judgment drive my practice. I believe that people change at different paces and that is part of being human. Ideally, we change from the inside out.

Dr. Matthew Koller is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team as a staff psychiatrist after completion of his psychiatry residency. Dr. Koller believes that a person must be known before they are treated, and he works with patients to understand their goals of care while prioritizing a collaborative treatment approach. His practice focuses on medication management, however he allows space for supportive therapy and other therapeutic modalities within sessions. He may include a therapist in the treatment plan for optimal care.
