I accept adult patients with all manner of general psychiatric issues. My specialties include trauma/PTSD, other anxiety disorders, mood disorders, women's issues including phase of life challenges and domestic violence, addiction and chronic pain.

Dr. Arizaga earned her medical degree at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  In 2008, she graduated from her Psychiatric Residency, also at the University of New Mexico.  She is board certified in Psychiatry (American Board of Psychiatric and Neurology) and Addiction Medicine (American Board of Preventive Medicine).  Additionally, she has training and experience in Integrative Psychiatry and is a certified practitioner from the Integrative Psychiatric Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

Njideka (NJ) Domrufus is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with years of clinical experience in treating psychiatric disorders and specializes in treating major depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD and ADHD.

As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I aim to work with, understand, and advocate for patients suffering from mental illnesses. I am committed to providing the highest quality of care and ending the stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Hello, I’m Melissa K Bethany, DNP, PMHNP-BC. At Azurite Services, we offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, addiction medication management with combined psychotherapy, medically managed weight loss programs, and hydromassage therapy.
