She developed a passion for mental health during her years as an advanced practice clinician. As a result, she pursued further education and graduated with honors during both phases of graduate studies. She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ (now Rutger's University) and proceeded later to complete her post-master's certification in the psychiatric mental health NP program.

Miriam is a caring and compassionate person who works diligently to provide education on the best possible treatment options and plans, including medication and nonmedication options. Miriam completed her master's degree at Rowan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and worked at Cooper University Hospital for the past 7 years caring for patients in the hospital setting.
