As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have over 40 years of experiencein conducting psychiatric evaluation and medication management as well as helping clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment to life cycle changes. I work collaboratively with clients to establish a trusting, mutually respectful and supportive relationship, set goals, build upon strengths to increase confidence self-esteem, and work toward solving issues which often cause people to feel stuck. Medication is a major tool to address the psychiatric diagnoses and addiction.

Dr. Anastasia Krosnick is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University. Dr. Krosnick’s clinical experiences took her on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings, managing the care across lifespan from preschoolers with autism to older adults with acute and chronic mental health, and alcohol/substance abuse. Her expertise lies in integrating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy along with complementary and alternative modalities for management of mental illnesses such as nutrition, exercise, meditation, and yoga.

Dr. Jennifer Dismukes, DO combines exceptional knowledge and skills with compassionate therapeutic services. She works hard to understand you and how your experiences, biology, family history and personality traits contribute to your current suffering and symptoms Dr. Dismukes is double Board-Certified Adult and Pediatric medical physician of Psychiatry, a Doctor-of-Medicine, specifically Osteopathic Medicine, which is the study of the entire body as a system. As such, She is an expert in the treatment of medical, psychiatric, psychological, and developmental problems.

She has an extensive background in the hospital setting managing the care of patients who are medically compromised and in need of psychiatric care. Dr. Altagracia Gomez Aracena is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Instituto Tecnologico and completed her residency and subsequently her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where she was appointed Chief in both programs. She has been working as an attending psychiatrist at Robert Wood Johnson- Barnabas Health covering adult program and the child and adolescent outpatient clinic. Dr. Gomez Aracena provides non-judgmental and compassionate care and strategies to achieve and embrace one's full potential.
