Hello, my name is Michael Volodarskiy, APRN, PMHNP-BC. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take a holistic approach to client care, emphasizing collaboration and evidence-based individual treatment plans. With an additional certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have worked in a variety of settings including primary care practice, community mental health centers, and inpatient and outpatient co-occurring MH/substance use facilities. My main focus is clients with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I value open communication and believe it is crucial to actively participate in the client's mental health journey.

I have been in practice for over 10 years and specialize in medication treatments for ADHD, Oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Autism spectrum disorder and tic disorders. I pursue a working alliance with families, schools, therapists, and pediatricians, including the review of prior assessments, as the basis of the treatment plan. My approach is to start with a thorough diagnosis and formulate a plan that includes medications, psychotherapy, diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, lab work and other lifestyle modifications to provide an individual treatment plan for each of my patients.

I find helping people who want to make their life better and more satisfying the most rewarding part of my work. When I am with a patient, I see them for who they are and what gets in their way, rather than a list of symptoms. Looking and listening to people, where they are in their life and how their problems block them from expressing their underlying health is important in order for people to feel heard and understood. This is the basis for making an accurate diagnosis which is the foundation for all therapy, whether it be with or without the support of medication.

Many people today are faced with mental health challenges that could prevent them from achieving their dreams. I understand that we all have goals and aspirations and everyone should be given the opportunity to reach their highest potential in life and impact their generation. I have been privileged to work with clients experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, fear, low self-esteem, psychosis and drug addiction to ensure that they get back to a state of emotional well-being and mental health. I worked with clients using psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy interventions with excellent results.

I am Dr. Linda Logang a dual board-certified doctorate prepared Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) currently licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey. I completed my dual bachelor’s degree in biology and nursing with highest honors at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR. I then earned 2 Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) family focus and psychiatric mental health focus and Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) with honors at Rutgers School of Nursing in Newark, NJ and Wilkes University in PA.

I graduated from Johns Hopkins University, and then received my M.D. from New Jersey Medical School. I completed my psychiatric residency at New York University and then did a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I remained on the faculty where I taught medical students, did research in clinical psychopharmacology, and had a faculty practice. I also completed an externship in cognitive behavioral therapy under the tutelage of Dr. Aaron Beck at the University of Pennsylvania. I have written many published articles and have lectured extensively in the area of clinical psychopharmacology.

Rebecca, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. She completes initial psychiatric evaluations and also manages and treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Rebecca is also a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). Her professional goal is to improve mental health knowledge in the community to decrease the stigma that is currently placed on mental health. Preconceptions of mental health conditions can have a significant impact on one’s life as they may prevent many from seeking care.

Her previous experience includes Jefferson Health's Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents, and outpatient medication management for adolescents and adults.

Dr. Issac is an experienced addiction and general psychiatrist with eight years of experience. He has helped many overcome their mental health challenges. Issac evaluates, diagnoses, and treats people based on their medical pathology, nutritional, and hormonal health. People suffering from addictions, or with other mental health challenges, such as anxiety, and depression, can recover with the correct diagnosis and treatment. Combining medications with psychotherapy, Dr. Issac considers various medical factors to treat his patients; he plans comprehensive treatments.
