Kristy Taylor is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2004. She earned a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, a Masters in Nursing (Adult Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist) from the University of North Carolina, and a Masters in Nursing (Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Rivier College. Kristy has education and experience in both Adult Medicine and Psychiatry, which allows her to provide comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic formulation, and to develop evidence-based, holistic treatment plans.

There is a holistic way to address your mental health! Jen specializes in addressing your care from a whole person perspective, which includes addressing your physical, mental and emotional needs. She values partnering with you to help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life. Jen is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and is also board certified in adult-geriatric medicine.

As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am committed to a collaborative partnership with my clients, because I want you to have a voice in how your treatment is managed. My goal is to help you feel your best with the most effective and concise medication regimen. We will work together to optimize your treatment, and get the most out of each medication. I am a firm believer that less is best, and I will work with you to maintain a healthy balance that improves your mental health with the least amount of side effects possible. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion and desire to help patients feel better by improving sleep, decreasing anxiety and improving mood. I use a combination of medication management and psychotherapy to achieve your goals as we target symptoms that may be disruptive to your life. I take great care with every patient I treat to ensure they feel heard, respected and understood. I work with you to get through a difficult time or to maintain a current regimen that perhaps is working well.
