I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, sleep disorders, schizophrenia, dementia, and other psychotic illnesses. I am a PMHNP who firmly believes that health is a multifaceted concept with aspects pertaining to the physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual domains. I appreciate working cooperatively with my patients to develop a comprehensive, customized treatment plan that effectively addresses their unique needs and objectives.

The focus of my practice is on establishing meaningful and longitudinal therapeutic relationships with patients seeking to explore their problems in living. Through a relational and integrative approach, I focus on the thoughts and feelings that emerge in the therapeutic relationship to elucidate and interpret the challenges patients face in the wider world.

Dr. Albert is a board-certified psychiatrist who provides treatment for a wide range of psychiatric disorders. She completed residency in General Adult Psychiatry at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a focus in reproductive psychiatry. While Dr. Albert holds a subspecialty of treatment during pregnancy and postpartum, she also provides treatment to adults for a vast array of issues, such as Depression, Bipolar, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Panic, PTSD as well as ADHD. With a conservative approach with medications, she provides comprehensive holistic care to enhance quality of life.

We are currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over fifteen years of clinical experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and families. My work in private practice focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents, as well as the support of parents as they navigate the challenges inherent to supporting their child's mental health and wellbeing. I prioritize the development of a positive therapeutic alliance and view the development of such a relationship to be a key component to achieving treatment success.
