Hailey partners with patients to help them express their unique strengths and become the best version of themselves. I have always had an innate passion to treat not the disease, but rather to assist individuals in living up to their desired level of optimal functioning despite health or sociological barriers they face. Twelve years of nursing experience allowed me to treat and gain familiarity with people from all walks of life; I also had the opportunity to understand their barriers to functioning at their best. As a PA with over 8 years of experience, I work collaboratively with other providers and therapists to provide quality mental health care to clients. This care includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and management (including education, medication prescribing and monitoring) of adults with mental health problems with the goal of helping to restore them to their highest level of functioning. Shanna Mago is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a total of ten years of experience including four years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital where she was the lead medical provider. This experience led her to pursue her post-master's psychiatric mental health education from Maryville University of St. Louis. She works with children and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and various other mental health concerns. She is committed to providing compassionate care that focuses on therapeutic rapport while following evidence-base guidelines.

Rhonda Robinson, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing of psychiatric medications for children, adolescents, and adults (across the lifespan). Areas of focus include PTSD/trauma, anxiety disorders, ADHD, mood disorders (BPD, bipolar disorder, etc.), and depression disorders. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years. As a nurse, I have witnessed the gap in mental health services for both patients and family members.

I enjoy working with my clients to figure out what they want their life to be like and help them identify their goals. From there, I see it as my job to support the client in their journey towards improving their life. Whether I am working with a young child or an adult, I recognize how brave it is to seek help. For my clients suffering from general psychiatric illnesses, I asses for psychiatric stability along with the appropriateness for therapy and/or medications.
