Dr. Crystal Montague, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dually board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with several years of training and expertise treating patients across the lifespan (child to elderly) in a variety of practice settings from hospitals to outpatient clinics. Dr. Montague provides compassionate, therapeutic care, utilizing an evidenced-based, collaborative approach with patients while formulating treatment plans. She strongly advocates for patients to receive appropriate community and school resources, and psychological testing. She is always happy to assist with bridging those connections.

Dr. Eric Semeko, MD is a Hospitalist in Psychiatry at one of Charlotte, North Carolina's local hospitals. He is board certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Semeko grew up in Ghana, Africa earning his Medical Degree in Volgograd, Russia, completing his residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. He was recently named one of America's Most Compassionate Doctors and has worked in a large metropolitan hospital clinic as lead physician. In addition to his hospital work Dr. Semeko owns a private practice on Park Road; Restoration Charlotte, PLLC.

Jenn is a Board Certified PMHNP who attended Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. She received a Doctorate of Nursing Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree. She has years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse in various settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Working with children and adolescents in inpatient, residential, and educational settings such as day treatment has given her experience with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, autism, substance use, and other mood disorders. She has understanding, compassion, and experience working with and educating families and adults about LGBTQ+ youth.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 30 years of clinical experience. I am originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where I completed both medical school and a psychiatric residency at the Drexel University College of Medicine. I am adept at treating patients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, including those with the most severe and persistent mental illnesses. I am committed to making quality mental health treatment convenient and accessible to all, especially to those in the rural and underserved areas and therefore focus on virtual med management. I do offer in-person visits when clinically indicated.
