I am Amanda Culp-Roche, a dual-board certified nurse practitioner (family practice and psychiatric mental health), licensed in North Carolina and Kentucky. I received my Master's and PhD degrees from the University of Kentucky.

Solange is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked in various clinical settings from surgery to home health. For the past three years, Solange served as a Family Nurse Practitioner focused on pain management. Through this work, she recognized the interconnectedness of comorbid conditions and mental health. This inspired her to pursue post-master’s training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande.

Dr. Strother graduated from Case Western Reserve medical school in Cleveland Ohio, and completed his psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a board-certified psychiatrist, and has been proud to practice his specialty in the US Army as an active duty physician. Dr. Strother is also an attorney who previously specialized in corporate tax law. Doc B as he is frequently called by many of his patients, enjoys both outpatient psychiatry and inpatient acute care.

Patricia Carter is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a mastered prepared advanced nurse with ten plus years of nursing experience. Knowledgeable in caring and treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and skilled long-term settings. She is actively involved in promoting recovery for those with mental illness, addiction, and trauma through the integration of innovative and evidence based clinical practice and psychosocial needs.

I can help address needs of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress disorder, OCD, mood swings. If you are looking for a new provider as your previous one doesn't respond in a timely manner, I maintain only a small panel of patients so I am readily available compared to some of the big practices. I have been seeing clients via Telehealth and all my clients like the comfort and flexibility of Telehealth for medication management. I am only running a Tele health based platform at this time and there are no in person visits. I have medical licence for states of Massachusetts and North Carolina.

I specialize in working with clients who are going through some trying time in their lives - relationship stress/breakup, career frustration, health problems, or any life crisis. Sometimes this is a new issue and for others it can be a new event that triggers a long-standing issue. Either way, I work to stabilize symptoms as quickly as possible with medications as needed but also through diet and exercise. I then try to teach my clients how to avoid a return of their symptoms.

In addition, he is currently Board Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. His certifications compliment his desire to be a conduit of recovery to his patients from their addictions and mental illnesses.
