After practicing psychiatry for 30 years my practice has evolved with a focus on Functional Psychiatry and Women's Brain Health. If you have a psychiatric condition and are looking to alternatives to psychiatric medications or ways to decrease or optimize your response to your medications Functional Psychiatry may the approach you have been missing. Additionally, if you are a woman of any age it is never too early or late to focus on ways to maximize your brain health. This is especially important to women in the perimenopausal and postmenopausal age range as the rate of Dementia is on the rise.

I am a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist trained in Functional Psychiatry which focuses on the underlying root causes contributing to psychiatric conditions. I offer both a Functional Psychiatry Evaluation and Women's Brain Health Evaluation. Evaluations involve extensive lab testing and a personalized approach to mental health.

After many years practicing in a traditional psychiatric model I am excited to be offering new approaches to help patients. Functional Psychiatry is a model of change and hope. Furthermore, I am thrilled to be offering a preventative model for Womens Brain Health to improve health span as we age.
