My ideal patient is seeking an experienced medication management provider who embraces a holistic approach to mental and physical health. After a long career in mental health, teaching, and nursing, I completed my nursing education to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I view myself as a partner and collaborator on your quest for wholeness, and I believe all people deserve skilled care.
Over the years, I have helped patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood regulation...you name it, I've seen it!
