Anthony Shabrack (MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC) is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner in Minnesota with over 12 years experience in psychiatric nursing and mental health care. He studied at Walden University where he earned a Master of Science in Nursing and is now a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He is Board Certified by the ANCC. Anthony views mental health as the cornerstone of a person’s overall health. He believes that in order for a person to be truly healthy, their mental health must first in a good state.

Mercy Sheikh-dahir is a Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2023. Mercy helps her clients by providing them the tools they need to overcome life's challenges. She utilizes a holistic approach to care by treating the individual as a whole person. In her free time, Mercy enjoys spending time with her baby niece and nephews, watching foreign films and doing anything related to self-care.

Lydia is someone who is genuinely passionate about helping people improve their mental healthcare. You can see that passion in the way she talks with her clients. She doesn’t “push” meds. In fact, she works with clients to have them on the minimum effective dosage for the shortest duration necessary. She also spends as much time as is needed to inform, explain, and collaborate with clients to build an effective strategy for them.

I am a board-certified, Mayo Clinic trained psychiatrist and a psychotherapist. My psychoanalytic training enables me to help patients both with their immediate symptoms and with underlying issues. These underlying issues, while not always obvious, can greatly contribute to and sometimes even be the cause of the presenting symptoms. This approach helps patients address their problems in a more comprehensive and lasting way; it helps them grow and become more content, productive and creative individuals.

I see clients via a privacy protected telemedicine-video conferencing platform (Telemedicine) and in person if preferred.
