Taking that first step of asking for help can be difficult, but I am here to provide support without judgment. My office is a safe space where you can be yourself — without judgement. I prioritize collaborating with you and, where appropriate, your family to create a person-centered approach to mental healthcare. As your medication prescriber, I will work with you to determine what mental health medications may help alleviate your symptoms and allow you to work towards your goals. You will have a voice and be an active participant in your mental health treatment.

It is my goal to provide mental health medication management and therapies to individuals across the lifespan in central Iowa while maintaining the dignity of those I serve. The greatest reward for me working in mental health is the privilege to watch you grow and thrive while taking and active role in managing your mental health.

I grew up in central Iowa and love serving my community and the people in it. It has been my personal goal for years to expand the accessibility of mental health services in the region. I would be honored to support you in your mental health journey.
