I believe in maintaining a "lowest and fewest" approach — or the lowest dose and fewest number of medications to address your areas of concern.
I became a mental health professional because so many people fail to get the help they may need. I believe that working collaboratively with individuals early enough to address mental health concerns can positively impact the trajectory of their lives. I'm ready to work alongside you.
