I am a mental health nurse practitioner and I provide medication management for various mental health conditions. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC, I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults. My Nursing career started in the mental health field in 2008. I graduated in 2018 with my PMHNP-BC from Walden University.

Philicia Richmond, MSN, FNP, PMHNP, is a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of practice experience at Henry Ford in Jackson, Michigan who specializes in adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Monday Ogbeibor is a board -certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he obtains his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University, went to Wayne State University College of Nursing Detroit, Michigan, he graduated in 2020 with a psychiatric nurse practitioner degree. He has been practicing since 2021 providing psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Dawn Smith is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner practicing in mid-Michigan. She specializes in depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and panic disorders. Dr. Mohammad is committed to providing the best care according to the psychiatric protocols and within the ethical and legal limits. All the psychiatric conditions are treated by Dr. Mohammad according to the treatment algorithm. He uses Biopsychosocial model of treatment and prefers to include patient and family (if needed) to make a suitable and effective treatment plan. Dr. Mohammad has strong experience with Dementia and other conditions impacting older patients. In addition, he also helps with alcohol use disorder on outpatient basis. In his free time, Dr. Mohammad enjoys sports, tourism and food.
