I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, offering Telehealth appointments to patients throughout the state of Florida, at Lewis Family Psychiatry in Wellington. I enjoy working with patients of all ages, assisting with various social, emotional or behavioral concerns in conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, behavioral concerns in children.
I seek to provide a holistic, non-judgemental approach to mental health and wellness for all clients and their families. I offer both medication management and talk therapy, to strengthen emotional well being and social networks within a clients environment.
I believe building a trusting therapeutic relationship, allows the client to honestly express their mental health concerns. In this way, the clinician can assist the patient in identifying re-occurring patterns in their lives and help the client develop a skill set, to further enhance their ability to approach future difficulties.
