Growing up in a rural community with limited access to mental health support, I've developed a deep understanding of the crucial role mental health services play in transforming lives. I work in collaboration with your established counselor or can help you get connected to a counselor to maximize potential for change. My ultimate goal is to empower you to lead an optimal life by addressing your mental health concerns with empathy, expertise, and personalized care.
