She specializes in evidence-based psychiatric medication management of adults, with a focus on treatment of depression, and anxiety without the use of controlled substances. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate and comprehensive mental health care.
In the first visit, we will begin with a warm and nonjudgmental dialogue focusing on developing a treatment plan. Plans may include traditional psychiatric medication and/or non-pharmacologic complementary approaches. We will continue with your treatment plan in follow up visits, always reassessing your goals and progress towards your personal healing.
