Citywide offers individualized care for our consumers including psychotherapy, medication management (also injections), psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP), IOP and OP groups. In addition, we are a licensed residential housing program (3.5-3.1) for adults with dual diagnosis.

She was awarded her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Walden University, completed a Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in History from Loyola University in Maryland.

Mariel Otter, DNP, CRNP-PMH is a board certified, psychiatric nurse practitioner and alumna of Johns Hopkins University and University of Maryland. She has 13 years of psychiatric experience and is rated by U.S. News and World Report Health as an expert in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation.
