Hello there, I'm Katie. Is anyone "normal"? Not really. We can all struggle with situational stress or life changes that can cause mental health concerns. Could we strive to become a better version of ourselves? Absolutely! I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make behavioral and life changes to improve their overall quality of life.

We understand that health and wellness is particularly difficult with all the struggles we face today. Long Integrated hopes to provide behavioral health care to adolescents and adults suffering from depression, insomnia, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. We currently have five psychiatric nurse practitioners that are working to help you on your journey to be the best version of your self.

I have gained knowledge enabling me to handle your psychiatric medication needs from the initial evaluations, to refilling your current psychiatric prescriptions. Whether your healing from trauma, seeking guidance through life's challenges or seeking balance/harmony, I provide a safe haven to share your thoughts and feelings.

My name is Natalie Hollobaugh and I have been a nurse for over 19 years. I started at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center on the adolescent floor before becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. At Johns Hopkins, I primarily cared for teenagers with medical/surgical and psychiatric issues. It was here I saw the immense need for psychiatric providers.

We understand that Health & wellness is particularly important for individuals with, or at risk for behavioral health conditions, and is an important aspect in maintaining optimal physical health and wellness. Thus, we provide services for individuals with various mental health conditions such as: ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease + Dementia, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorder, Co-existing mental health conditions, Depression, Eating disorders, Grief, Body dysmorphic disorder, Personality disorders, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Stress, and so on; helping them live a more joyful, purposeful & balanced life in a healthy body.

Asia Douglas specializes in medication management for multiple mental health disorders. She is passionate about the overall care of the whole individual with a focus on mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Asia received her bachelor’s in nursing from Coppin State University in Maryland. She went on to work at the University of Maryland Medical Center in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for 5 years before obtaining her Master’s in Nursing for Family Nurse practitioners from Walden University.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience caring for clients with mental disorders in both acute and long-term settings.

I am a nurse practitioner with 15 years of experience taking care of adult patients with multiple medical problems and people of all ages with psychiatric disorders. I have dual masters one in acute care and the other one in psychiatric and mental health. Currently I am only taking care of patients with mental health problems.

We all exist along a continuum of mental health and wellness. There are times we need a little more help. Life today is hard! If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, or other mental health concern, I am here to help. I will walk alongside you on your journey to total wellbeing.
