Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a bilingual, board certified adult and addiction psychiatrist with training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began. He complemented his medical studies with a research fellowship through the International Research Initiative and the P.A.I.N. group at Boston Children's Hospital, studying and authoring the impact of traumatic brain injury in children.

Dr. Suzzette Van-Lare, DMSc, PA-C is a doctorally prepared Psychiatric Physician Associate in Maryland. She received her Doctorate in Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg and Masters in PA Practice from Campbell University. She has a decade of experience managing behavioral health conditions. She is very experienced with ketamine and offers ketamine treatment to qualified candidates. She has expertise in the management of a range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and more.

Dr. West-Pearson has a 25-year career in nursing, urgent care, and addiction treatment with a mental health specialty in addiction medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Wilmington University. He additionally obtained a Post Certification (PMHNP) and Masters in Public Administration from Wilkes University and Wilmington University, followed by a Masters in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and a Doctoral in Nursing Practice from Walden University.

Ms. Yvonne Swann is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider. Her credentials allow her to diagnose psychiatric conditions, provide psychotherapy, and prescribe medications to individuals across the lifespan. She was awarded her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Walden University, completed a Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in History from Loyola University in Maryland.

I am fully trained in both adult and child psychiatry and have a board certification in adult psychiatry and am also certified to prescribe Suboxone for opiate addiction. I have experience treating a broad range of psychiatric and behavior disorders, including depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), substance abuse, autism, asperger's disorder, and more. I also have extensive experience in clinical trials of new medications for the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in adults and children. .

She earned her PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Austin and completed a postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School in Boston. She served as chief resident during her psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC, and as chief fellow during her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
