I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

We provide comprehensive Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatric treatment, and psychotherapy in a non-judgmental, patient-centered environment. They will evaluate your current and past symptoms, provide information about your diagnosis, explain the possible side effects of your medication, and ensure the medication does not interfere with others you take. Dr. Sharma is licensed in MD and VA. We are providing Telepsychiatry during this Pandemic situation to ensure safety of our patients- We also offer Initial Psychiatric Evaluation through Telepsychiatry within a week of your intake- Additional services we provide include: Esketamine ( Spravato) assisted psychotherapy for hard to treat ( treatment resistant) depression. If you are concerned about the cost, do not worry. We have been able to get Spravato approved through commercial insurance. Therefore the cost for Spravato is very affordable. We also offer Opioids and Alcohol addiciton treatment ( Vivitrol, Suboxone, Sublocade).

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where I majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior and competed on the Men's Varsity Swimming Team. After graduating and prior to medical school, I became a private high school science teacher. I completed my Psychiatry residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in NYC, where I was selected as Chief Resident. During that time, I also completed a Psychodynamic Fellowship at New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I then completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health with a focus on Depression and Anxiety.

Dr. Angela Mackay, known to many as Dr. Mackay, completed her educational career at Walden University. While gaining clinical experience with Dr. Umaru Kamara at Axios Behavioral Health in La Plata, Southern Maryland. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of specialties in inpatient and community healthcare settings including but not limited to psychiatry and brain injury. She was awarded Nurse of the Year by March of Dimes in 2015 as well as an individual national award by APNA in the same year. While my primary headquarters is located in MD, I have recently expanded to DC and California.

My name is Mandi Rhone. I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. I am eager to assist you in managing your mental healthcare needs and will play a key role in working with you to lower your stress and anxiety. It is my duty in Psychiatry to understand my patients mental health issues on a personal and emotional level. I bring a diverse range of experience as a clinician over the past 16 years approximately five of which has been in a more autonomous role as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner and more recently in Psychiatry.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.
