I am a dual board certified Psychiatric and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with a compassionate approach and 10+ years of clinical experience. I provide a comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for diverse mental health conditions while considering medical comorbidities.

I work closely with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and work-related challenges, and I offer counseling for couples and families.

As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner( APRN, PMHNP-BC), I strive to ensure that through counseling and medication management, the people who entrust their care to my hand receive holistic, individualized care so that they function in their full capacities. In my 18yrs of nursing practice, I have seen firsthand the stigma associated with mental illness, which often resulted in subpar care. Therefore, as a PMHNP, I foster an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients participate in their care, with safety as a priority.

As a triple-board certified psychiatric, family, and addictions nurse practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience, I have extensive experience in the management of complex psychiatric and substance use disorders. In my clinical practice, I follow an integrative approach to care, focusing on functional psychiatry to identify and address the root causes of mental health conditions rather than just managing symptoms.
