My ideal clients are partners in their health journey. ADHD affects all aspects of daily life - relationships, work, school, sports - the list can go on and on. It also effects everyone differently. When developing a plan to support clients, we work together to review how they are impacted - socially, emotionally and physically.
I provide review of psychological and neuropsychological assessments and then work with clients to develop a medical and mental health plan to address their individual needs. At Trivium Life Services we provide supportive counseling as well as psychological assessments developing full wrap-around mental health support.
People with ADHD are creative out of the box thinkers, and sometimes these gifts are also challenges. This can lead to frustration, anxiety and depression. Through counseling and psychiatric medical management these frustrations can be addressed. I work with an amazing team of integrative therapists at Trivium and we look forward to partnering with you!
