At Mindset Integrative, my mission is to provide compassionate care and support to those struggling with mental health issues. My goal has always been for patients to have the least amount of medication that is effective for them. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and I strive to make that a reality for my clients, therefore I will be offering financing for those in need. Now accepting the following insurances: Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford Live, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New York (formerly Empire), Cigna, Aetna and Horizon BCBS of New Jersey.
I offer a variety of mental health services including medication management (ages 14yrs and up), Ketamine medicine sessions, Ketamine assisted psychotherapy and group therapy in the same suite. I also can provide telehealth services for those who prefer to receive care from the comfort of their own home (Ketamine induction must be in person).
When used correctly and with appropriate medical screening and monitoring by trained medical professionals, Ketamine is a powerful tool to alleviate suffering. When using Ketamine in conjunction with therapists trained in psychedelic therapies, we see people finding lasting relief instead of settling for lifelong symptom management with daily medications.
