Hi, I'm Marisa. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner focused on medication management and therapy for adults in Westchester County and New York City. I believe in a holistic approach to care; all individuals are affected by their own biological, psychological, and social factors, and it is a vital part of my practice to consider all of these elements in my evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning. My goal is always to work collaboratively with my clients with a focus on wellness, utilizing a tailored approach to care that incorporates pharmacologic, holistic, and behavioral interventions.

I have worked for over a decade in major hospital systems in New York City. This has provided me the opportunity to care for people from all walks of life and to train with many experts in various specialties, helping me develop a comfort level with complex and hard-to-treat disorders.
