I have an easygoing, friendly, and warm approach that will help you feel understood and supported. I will partner with you to create an integrative treatment plan combining pharmaceutical treatments, therapy, and complementary medicine including nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, balancing hormones, and utilizing the gut-brain connection to help you optimize your mental health. I work with patients ages 18 and up with all psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, OCD, trauma and issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community.
I understand that the journey to mental health takes more than just medication. It’s essential to look at the entire puzzle of your wellbeing and make sure that every piece is working it's best. I firmly believe that it takes teamwork between the provider and the patient to be successful in diagnosing accurately and treating effectively.
