I see individuals starting at age 0-65 years old (babies, young children, adolescents, and adults). Although I do not prescribe medication for children under the age of 7, I do perform psychiatric evaluations, provide environmental and behavioral modification treatment plans, and provide parents with tools for young children with complexities. I incorporate family dynamics into my planning. I am a proponent of early intervention for concerns of adaptability. I also prioritize long-term cognitive and memory health and enjoy working with older adults as well.
I conduct assessments for all ages, including children under 6 years old. While ADHD assessments typically occur later in childhood, I advocate for early identification and intervention. Although a formal diagnosis of ADHD requires time and development to determine, early intervention strategies can still provide benefits.
