Dr. Albin is a Board Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and currently provides evaluation and management of mental health issues with psychotherapy and medication management in private practice.

I have a special love and a particular skill set for helping folks with issues around anxiety and depression. I offer a spectrum of choices from meditation and yoga techniques, to homeopathic, herbal and supplemental support, all the way to pharmaceutical management - depending on the preferences and beliefs of the client. I find homeopathy to be particularly effective at shifting the mental and emotional patterns that can bind up a persons ability to think and to have a sense of well-being. However, addressing systemic health on the physical plane is equally important and all to often neglected by the Western model.

I believe that everyone has a right to transparent and caring mental health treatment. Mental health is just as important as physical health and often there is significant overlap, when the mind is not healthy the body suffers. I have experience working with children and adults, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with patients on a variety of concerns: anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, grief, addiction as well as other disorders. I believe that with support and guidance mental illness should not hold back anyone from living a fulfilling and happy life. I offer both in-person and telehealth.
