I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

I have more than 30 year of service as senior faculty at Harvard Medical School. Distinctions include receipt of the highest HMS mentorship award. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management and supportive therapy for clients ages 10+. I received my Bachelors and Masters in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked throughout the medical field as a mental health specialist, a research coordinator and as a school nurse. My work experience and training include McLean Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and multiple public school systems in the Greater Boston area. I have experience working with clients' diagnoses such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder.

Welcome! I'm a board-certified psychiatrist offering psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management. I'm on faculty at Harvard Medical School and work as a staff psychiatrist at McLean hospital, in addition to my time in my confidential private practice. I'm specialized in trauma recovery, addiction counseling, and BPD treatment. I also help with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I work with clients new to therapy as well as clients who have tried numerous therapies and/or medications and haven't gotten the results they wanted. I listen and work collaboratively with you.

I have a diverse experience in treating a wide variety of psychopathology in both in patient and outpatient settings.
