Valerie Zelonis, PMHNP-BC, is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed to practice throughout the lifespan, and specialized in the area of child and adolescent psychiatry.

I am a Harvard trained psychiatrist, with expertise in both psychotherapy and pharmacological treatment. I have been in private practice for almost 20 years, working extensively with women's mental health issues. I have helped my clients navigate emerging young adulthood, eating disorders, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, and menopause. I am an integrative psychiatrist, that believes in exploring and treating the underlying physiological causes of mental illnesses, and combine nutraceuticals and complementary treatment with pharmacotherapy.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

I am co-founder and psychiatrist at Nest Psychiatry PLLC, a practice specializing in women facing mental health conditions. I treat women seeking care for general psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar illness, trauma spectrum disorders, and ADHD. I also treat psychiatric concerns related to the reproductive cycle such as symptoms that arise with menstruation, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.

As a Board Certified Psychiatrist I help patients struggling with depression and moodiness, attention regulation, severe anxiety and stress, and addictive behaviors, among others. I am a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston College and a Teaching Associate at Harvard Medical School. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, I specialize in providing mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, such as MBCT and yoga in my treatment plans to support holistic mental health and meet the unique wellness goals of my clients. I provide new prescriptions or refills of psychiatric medications based on the needs and preferences of each individual.

Eleftheria Tsavoussis is a seasoned Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience across multiple healthcare settings. She is the founder and CEO of Waltham Behavioral Health, LLC, a thriving private practice employing experienced, compassionate mental-health providers with diverse areas of expertise. Ms. Tsavoussis is a member of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and serves on the Massachusetts Action Coalition working to remove restrictions that limit patients' access to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare across a variety of specialties.

Dr. Hu is a Duke-trained dual-board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in adults, college students, adolescents and children. She emphasizes 3Cs in her practice- comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Exposure-based approaches are one of the essential components, such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) or acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). She supports clients to live fully and freely, who previously were imprisoned by worries, ruminations, sensitivity to rejection, or constant sense of inadequacy.

Nataliya is a practicing clinician at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, treating patients of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses. She moved to the US from Ukraine in 1991, with a degree in physics from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Nataliya received her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Wellesley College and studied platelet signaling at Beth Israel Hospital. She later entered a field of drug discovery as a platelet biologist and immunologist and worked at Biogen IDEC and Merk. Then, she graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.
