I provide psychiatric and medication evaluation with ongoing management for the major DSM Diagnoses and supportive therapy. This includes taking an in-depth history and development of an evidenced based treatment plan with identified goals. This process involves medication education with potential risks, benefits and side effects and alternative treatments available with time allowed for questions, clarification and understanding.
