My name is Melanie Kelley, and I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering innovative mental health care, including psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. I combine both medication management and psychotherapy modalities to treat children, adolescents, and adults to achieve sustainable and safe outcomes. As many of us know, treatment takes a collaborative and multimodal approach that is unique and individualized based on the patient's desired goals and outcomes.

I focus on developing a collaborative relationship with my clients and I am deeply interested in getting to know their unique strengths, needs, and life experiences. I combine evidence based medicine with various therapeutic interventions, to empower my clients to balance their emotions, thoughts, and reactions. Subsequently, they develop healthier life patterns and pursue their personal, academic, and career goals. I completed my residency and fellowship at training programs affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Dual Board Certifications in Adult Psychiatry and in Child Psychiatry.

My practice, Bountiful Mental Health, provides a boutique psychiatric experience for families, children, adolescents, and adults, with timely appointment availability and individualized care. Our two-hour evaluation session allows time to establish the initial correct diagnosis. Through our work together, I get a full picture of your life and how best to help you and your family achieve your goals. Non-medication approaches are emphasized as the most sustainable path to life-long health, though medications may be prescribed with careful attention to preventing or eliminating side effects while obtaining full benefits.

Jess is the director of PHHC, a holistic mental health clinic that offers psychiatric, therapeutic, and wellness services. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor, and has been working in mental health for over 15 years. She was educated at Brandeis University and Boston College. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention. I am an integrative practitioner licensed in NJ, MA, & NH who can assess biochemistry to identify important abnormalities that may be related to mental health symptoms. I can provide genetic testing for med management. Patients often seek integrative psychiatry after they have trialed multiple medications, experienced unpleasant/unremitting side effects, and have not been able to obtain symptom alleviation with traditional psychiatry. I believe strongly in psychotherapy to help patients work towards healing their minds and bodies. I work collaboratively with other treatment providers and am a strong advocate for my patients needs.

Dr. Marken is a Columbia- and Cornell-trained, board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist. He was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and is now on faculty at New York University. Dr. Marken predominantly provides psychotherapy and/or medication management. He has a patient-centered approach that provides thorough and individualized care for your particular needs. As a physician, Dr. Marken focuses on the interaction between the biological, the psychological, and the environmental contributors to mental health. He is a member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry and works with athletes at all levels.

I have six years of psychiatric nursing experience within in-patient and emergency room settings. I recently founded North Andover Behavioral Health alongside my colleague Amy Kehoe, LMHC as a collaborative outpatient approach to supporting clients in the community seeking medication management, individual and group therapy. I am a Harvard, Columbia/Cornell, and UC San Francisco trained adult, child/adolescent, and addiction psychiatrist. In addition to treating mental health disorders across the lifespan (depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, for instance), I have particular expertise and experience in treating people of any age with co-occurring struggles with substances, such as opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, cannabis, and alcohol.

Leading a fulfilling and happy life can be challenging and may even seem impossible at times. I believe that communicating and connecting via talk therapy is one path towards a happier and more meaningful life. My view is that therapy provides an opportunity to gain insight into one's relationships with one's self, others and society. I use a variety of approaches in my therapeutic work according to what works for each individual person.
