I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan. I enjoy connecting with women who are struggling with mood disorders while fostering a therapeutic relationship conducive to healing.
I started my career as a L&D nurse before pursuing my Master's in Nurse Midwifery. I have several years of experience as a midwife, caring for women from menarche through menopause and everything in between. After the births of my own children and personal experience with perinatal depression, I felt called to fill the obvious gaps in mental health care.
My goal is to help you realize that you are not alone in this journey, and my therapeutic style is meeting you where you are. I am non-judgmental, caring, and empathetic. When I’m not working or spending time with my three daughters, you’ll find me traveling, hiking, on the Peloton bike, or sweating it out in hot yoga. I am bilingual (English/Spanish).
