I'm a Board Certified Psychiatrist in both Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, and have more than forty years of experience in the field. A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, I completed my Adult Psychiatry Residency at St. Vincent's Hospital and my Child/Adolescent Fellowship at NYU/Bellevue in New York City. I am a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and a former Laughlin Fellow of the American College of Psychiatrists.

I've been treating patients in Summit, New Jersey since 1992. I enjoy working with adults, children (ages 7 and up) and teenagers and families, focusing on diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning, while working closely with individuals' therapists and school systems.

I maintain the intimacy and personal service of an "old time" solo private practice. When you first (and every time) phone me, you will receive a return call directly from me.
