Our team at Live Well Integrative Medicine understands that life can present many challenges that can sometimes knock you down. Our goal is to assist our clients to get back up and live life without limits. Our therapy goals are individualized to meet of our clients needs. Together, we identify negative patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior that hinder personal effectiveness and well-being. We utilize a evidence-based approach and empower our clients with the tools necessary to live their best life.
As a Raleigh native, ordained pastor and a nurse practitioner, I have over 20 years experience of working in the medical, mental health, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, corporate counseling, and transformational career coaching.
