My background is in education and nursing, so I work to combine what I know about learning to my psychiatric practice. I believe that mental health disorders can be successfully treated and managed and when clients know better, they can do better. I focus on medication management with brief, integrated therapy. I work closely with a number of great therapists and I am happy to collaborate for the best treatment experience. I believe strongly in mind-body connection and treating the patient as a whole, unique individual.

I enjoy working within all areas of mental health, including depression, anxiety and ADHD. I treat young school-aged children all the way through adulthood to senior citizens.
