My approach focuses on understanding your unique story and what makes you tick. This enables me to create a tailored treatment plan that makes sense for you. Based on your individual needs, the treatment plan may utilize behavior management, brief therapy, lifestyle changes, medications, or evidence-based complementary alternative treatments.
