I am a board certified Nurse Practitioner and I draw upon a combination of pharmaceuticals and mind-body approaches that are evidence-based for the treatment of psychiatric/mental health disorders.

My passion is treating ADHD in adults. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and I know first-hand how undiagnosed and untreated ADHD can set you back from your potential and life goals.
